DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In accessing this website, you declare that you agree with and accept the following conditions of use.
Despite careful checking, we are unable to provide any liability for the contents of external links. The operator is alone responsible for the contents of the linked sites.
Conditions of use
All the contents of the website are provided free of charge and for information purposes only. This cannot be interpreted as an offer, the issuing of a licence, or the justification of an advisory, fiduciary or commercial relationship. The information provided here is non-binding and does not have any impact on any specific contracts that have been concluded.
Automatic collection of data
Our web pages are also available to users without the need to reveal personal data. In the case of every enquiry, our web server records the IP address and domain name of the computer from which the enquiry originates and the appropriately triggered URL. The purpose of this information is to improve the information offered by our website.
Liability for contents
The contents of these web pages were created with the greatest of care. We are nonetheless unable to accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness or topicality of the contents. We are also unable to guarantee that the website will be free of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions, viruses, worms, Trojans or similar. We reserve the right, however, to change the information at any time without providing any advance notification. As the service provider we are responsible for our content on these pages according to the general legal regulations pursuant to § 7, section 1, TMG (German Telemedia Act). According to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, however, we are not obliged to monitor or research any third-party information that is either saved or transferred or to investigate any circumstances that may refer to an illegal activity. The obligations to remove or bar the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which the service provider is made aware of an actual legal offence. As soon as we become aware of any relevant legal infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites. Reference to these websites is made for reasons of expediency only, and does not constitute any agreement or support for such websites. We do not have any influence over the contents of external third party websites; we are therefore unable to accept any liability for such external contents. The relevant provider or operator is responsible for the contents of the linked sites at all times. For the above reasons, we are unable to accept any liability in relation to the contents of linked websites. As soon as we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
No links may be established with any page on the FINEXCON website without the prior written agreement of FINEXCON.

Downloading or copying any of these pages is permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the contents of this page were not compiled by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, the contents of third parties are identified as such. If you become aware of any copyright infringement despite of this, we kindly ask you for the corresponding notification. Should any such legal violations become known to us we will remove such contents immediately.

We also wish to state that the transfer of data in the internet (for example, when communicating via email) may involve a security risk. It is not possible to fully protect such data from being accessed by third parties.
The use of contact data by third parties which has been published on the basis of the obligation to provide general legal information, as well as the sending of advertisements and information that has not been expressly requested, is hereby expressly prohibited. If unsolicited promotional information is sent to us in the form of spam mail for example, the operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action.
Personal data provided by visitors
Visitors to our website can provide us with their personal data, such as their email address, first name and surname, their company or their address for making contact with us. We gather information such as first name and surname, company name and email address which requests the personal data and forwards it to our internal mail system.
Confidentiality of personal data
Our web offering does not allow visitors to communicate between one another, nor does it allow visitors to save data for other visitors. Insofar as our web offering contains links to the pages of other providers or content providers, the appropriate reference will be provided in the text.
Information regarding minors
We do not gather any information regarding minors who are aged under 15 years. If this is found to occur, however, the data will be deleted immediately.

Our web offering is protected appropriately against the loss, misuse or unauthorised modification of the information which is saved and processed.
Data processing enquiries
Upon written enquiry with the appropriate identification, we will be pleased to provide you with information about the data saved in our company according to §34 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This does not take place against payment. We will correct or delete incorrect details as soon as we obtain information about them. We reserve the right to reject enquiry requests in exceptional cases as governed by the law. The gathering and saving of data can be rejected at any time with future effect.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Due to the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other state parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of this website’s operator, Google shall use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to render further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics shall not be combined with any other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by making an appropriate setting in your browser software; please note, however, that in this case you might not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. In addition to this, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie that relates to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being gathered for Google or processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin provided under the following link: (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
Deactivation of Google Analytics
Further information on the conditions of use and data protection are available at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/. We wish to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “anonymizeIp” to ensure an anonymous tracking of IP addresses (known as IP masking).
We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the double-click cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this to take place, you can deactivate it with the ads preferences manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de).
Use of Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating Google Inc. (“Google”) advertisements. Google AdSense uses “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses “web beacons” (invisible graphics). These web beacons can be used to analyse information such as the visitor traffic on these pages. The information generated by cookies and web beacons concerning the use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may forward this information to the contractual partners of Google. However, Google will not combine your IP address with any other data that you saved.
Users can prevent the storage of Google AdSense cookies as follows:
- with the appropriate setting in your browser software
- by deactivating the interest-based advertisements on Google
- by deactivating the interest-based advertisements of service providers which part of the “About Ads” self-regulation group
- with permanent deactivation by a browser plug-in
If the cookies are deleted in the browser settings, the settings under 2 and 3 are also deleted.
Further information on data protection and cookies for advertising on Google AdSense are provided in the Google data protection declaration, particularly under the following external links:

Final provisions
All legal disputes or legal claims that arise from or in the context of the conditions of use are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal venue is Munich. Should individual provisions of the conditions of use be or become (partially) ineffective or no longer enforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provision will remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision which comes closest to replicating the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective position.
FINEXCON reserves the right to change the conditions of use at any time, and without providing advance notification on the website. If you use this website, you are automatically subject to these changes
