PROMOTION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL KNOW HOW

The range of services: “Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how” is essentially based on the promotion by KfW or the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA). There, under certain conditions, a wide variety of support is available for companies that have already been set up.

The promotional programme is aimed at companies that have already been founded. Consultations prior to founding a company cannot be subsidised under this programme. However, the federal states offer subsidies for consultancy costs and/or free start-up consultancy for the pre-startup phase.

WE OFFER

The new funding programme, called “Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how”, brings together the previous programmes “Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how through management consultancy”, “Start-up Coaching Germany”, “Turn-Around Consulting” and “Round Table”. The Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) is responsible for implementing the programme. The measure is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) of the European Union.

SERVICES

  • Initiate, plan, implement, control, monitor and conclude projects or several projects combined in programs
  • Definition of objectives, milestones, governance, responsibilities and the time context
  • Formation of a project organisation and coordination of the working methods, methods and tools as well as design of the individual workstreams and decision-making bodies or competences
  • Inclusion and analysis of all relevant departments and processes, also with the aim of optimizing existing systems, infrastructure, total costs and better positioning of the company
  • Creation of individual project plans or sub-projects. Controlling of all sub-projects and ensuring the achievement of the project goals
  • Development and moderation of regular communication and reporting with all stakeholders and decision makers. Coordination of all internal and external project interfaces
  • Regular profitability and status control of the project, including deviation analysis and solution-oriented recommendations for action in case of deviations, specifying and budgeting the necessary resources and measures, the achievable benefits and the implementation period
  • Result control after implementation of the project or optimization measures
